Dr. Agnes Zoller
Founder and CEO
agnes@innogrant.chDr. Agnes Zoller is Founder and CEO of InnoGrant Advisors, a scientist turned global innovation executive with over 20 years of international experience across chemicals, materials, life sciences, and biotechnology. As a venture builder and venture growth partner, she has built public-private partnerships across Europe and Asia and secured more than €250 million in innovation funding.
She holds a MSc in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry with specialisation on pharmaceutical R&D, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering, with executive education at IMD and Imperial College London Business School in leading sustainable business transformation, venture capital, and private equity strategies. Agnes is a Certified Business Mediator (M&A), an IMD-trained board member, and a Certified Professional Negotiator by the Schranner Institute. She serves as Innosuisse Innovation Mentor, EIC expert, and board advisor to several family offices.
Dr. Benedikt Zoller-Rydzek

benedikt@innogrant.chDr. Benedikt Zoller-Rydzek is Partner at InnoGrant Advisors and an applied economist specialising in international business, innovation, and digital technologies. He helps companies read markets, sharpen competitiveness, and capture growth in a complex global environment, with a focus on AI, machine learning, blockchain, and data-driven business models.
He holds a PhD in Economics from ETH Zurich and has served as a researcher and lecturer at ZHAW, bringing analytical rigour and strategic clarity to InnoGrant's work with startups, SMEs, and innovation-driven organisations.
